Precision Cutting

Using Waterjet cutting technology, we utilize the most basic resource of water & stone, to produce a power that can cut ANY material up to 150mm thick (in some cases thicker), including steel with no heat warping! The 5-Axis cutting head can cut angles up to 60 degrees (front vertical) this includes bevel, chamfer, plow bolt holes, countersunk and more. With 6m x 3m waterbed, we can accommodate the largest of material sheets or mass produce your components with multiple sheet production.

Our in-house design team works with you from conception to customise your project or covert a file that you provide to us. Including DWG, DXF, JPEG, PDF and more!

MATERIALS

Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Copper, specialty metals, ACP & Skybond, Glass, Marble, Granite, Ceramic, Vitrified, Concrete, Plastic, Teflon, Acrylic, Composite Materials, Foam, Rubber, Gasket Material, Cork, Wood, Insulation, Woven Material, Felt, Vinyl, Marine Carpet and even some fabrics! There really are no limitations to the materials we can cut!

SURFACES

Painted, polished, plastic coated, rough, irregular, angled, varied height & perforated. The laser height tool can 'smart' map your material to suit the desired cutting path.

ACCURATE

The small stream size of 0.75mm allows for tight corners, with small tolerances, to produce intricate patterns & designs.

COLD CUT

The waterjet 'cold cutting' process produces no heat, resulting in less warping of components and avoiding part deformation & tempering. Leaving the cutting edge without frayed or burnt edges and reduced need for secondary operations or grinding for weld preparation.
